1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using Vanillate ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must stop using the Bot immediately.

2. Description of Service

Vanillate is a Discord bot that provides interactive word-chain (Sambung Kata) gameplay and related features. These include, but are not limited to:

• Multiplayer gameplay systems

• Player statistics and progression tracking

• Leaderboards and ranking systems

• Economy, boost, or reward systems

• Achievements and community engagement features

We may modify, update, add, or remove features at any time without prior notice to improve service quality or ensure stability.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use Vanillate responsibly and must:

• Follow Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

• Use the Bot only for its intended purposes

• Not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics

• Not use automated scripts, bots, or external tools to gain unfair advantages

• Not interfere with or disrupt the Bot’s normal operation

Violation of these rules may result in restricted access to the Bot.

4. Server Owner Responsibilities

Server owners and administrators are responsible for:

• Managing the permissions granted to Vanillate

• Ensuring the Bot is used appropriately within their server

• Removing the Bot if they no longer wish to use it

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Vanillate may process and store limited Discord-related data necessary for functionality, including user IDs, server IDs, and gameplay-related data such as statistics, progression, and configuration settings.

This data is used solely to operate gameplay systems, maintain leaderboards, improve features, and ensure fair usage. We do not sell or share user data with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Availability

We aim to provide stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.

In some cases, data resets or adjustments may occur when required for system stability or feature updates.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Bot for users or servers that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. We may also remove data associated with such violations where necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of data

• Service interruptions or downtime

• Damages resulting from Bot usage

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
